2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in the following cases:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The product is not delivered due to courier issues (lost in transit).

• Cancellations approved before shipment.

⚠️ Note: Certain items (such as perishable, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive products) are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

• If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we may offer an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction without a valid reason.

• Products returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase.

• Damage caused by customer misuse or mishandling.

7. Shipping Costs

• In case of defective or wrong product delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs.

• In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
